I The idea
A house that arrives with you.
Zhero Palma sits at the edge of the marina, ten minutes from the old town, but its rhythm is entirely its own. You come in from the airport, put your bag down, and by the time the pool has cooled you have already forgotten what week it is.
The building was made by architects who spent a long time in Palma before they built anything. It shows: pale walls, deep terraces, the kind of window that opens rather than slides.
Nothing is loud here. Not the light, not the music, not the service. The house does its work quietly and lets the sea do the rest.
